Project:
Every year the fourth year industrial design students at Carleton University undertake a furniture project as part of their minor course IDES 4301. The focus was to design a piece of furniture suitable for small and dynamic living spaces.

coverage:
The project seen here was shown at the International Interior design show in Toronto, the interior design show in Ottawa and the school of industrial design's graduation exhibition.

It was also published in the Preston Catalogue, one of Ottawa's art, design, fashion and culture magazine.

use:
Use it upright, on it's back, or simply take out the cushions and toss them around.

materials:
Foam cushions have a high density core to prevent too much compression. The outer layer is soft to allow the cushions to be pushed through the frame openings.
